Welcome to Residenza Sole, a modern 4-star holiday apartment in Solduno – ideal for families, friends and couples travelling together who appreciate comfort and a convenient location for their holiday in the Locarno region.
Built in 2020, the apartment is located on the third floor of a well-maintained residential building and is easily accessible by lift.
With three bedrooms and space for up to 6 guests, it offers plenty of room for a relaxing stay with family or friends. At the heart of the apartment is the bright, open-plan living and dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for spending time together.
The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee machine – perfect for starting the day with a leisurely breakfast or enjoying a relaxed dinner together after a day of exploring. For added convenience, the apartment features two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
This provides additional privacy and makes mornings more comfortable, especially when travelling with several guests. Residenza Sole offers a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.
Air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating and an energy-efficient heat pump ensure comfortable temperatures in every season.
Fast Wi-Fi and a TV with international channels provide additional convenience during your stay. The spacious balcony with seating and sun loungers invites you to relax and enjoy some time outdoors.
From here, you can take in beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Thanks to its central location, restaurants, shops and public transport can all be reached within a few minutes on foot.
The railway station, Locarno’s Old Town and Lake Maggiore are also within easy reach, offering plenty of opportunities for excursions, leisure activities and relaxing days by the lake.
Guests arriving by car have access to two free parking spaces.
