The Horse Box is a distinctive converted horse box resting in Blaydon‑on‑Tyne, Tyne and Wear, offering an inviting base for two guests seeking a memorable retreat.
Set beside an equestrian centre and encompassed by greenery, with woodland forming part of the wider farm setting, this rural retreat offers the peace of the countryside whilst enjoying easy access to local amenities.
Four‑legged friends are welcome on a lead, with access to a small private forest area where they can stretch their legs, alongside woodland walks that weave around the farm.
Step inside to find a studio-style interior where guests can unwind beside the woodburning stove in the sitting area, prepare simple meals in the compact kitchen equipped with a hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge and boiling water tap, and retire to the raised double bed after adventurous days out. A neat wet room completes the layout, fitted with a shower and WC for convenience.
Outside, a private, gravelled garden with patio seating provides a pleasant space to enjoy an evening drink or a relaxed breakfast.
With parking available in the nearby car park, this unique retreat is ideal for visitors looking to explore the surrounding area.

The Horse Box consists of a studio-style layout with a raised double bed, kitchen area with hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge and boiling water tap, and a sitting area with pull-out bed and woodburning stove. There is a compact wet room with shower and WC. The property includes a Smart TV and WiFi, with fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included. Outside, guests will find a private, gravelled garden with patio and furniture. Parking is available in a free public car park located approximately 100m from the property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Sleeps maximum 2 guests. Note: Horses in the paddock are not to be fed and paddock is not to be entered. Note: Associated noises from the farm may be heard.
