Spacious and welcoming 100 square meters apartment, perfect for four people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
The property is located in a quiet residential area, well-served by essential services and public transportation: our guests can easily reach the charming historic center in about 20 minutes.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two balconies.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, two armchairs, flat-screen smart TV (Netflix app available; guests must log in with their own account), and PlayStation 4;
- KITCHEN with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, moka pot, coffee machine, and various kitchen utensils;
- DINING AREA with dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, dresser, and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, dresser, and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY I with table and chairs;

PLEASE NOTE:
- The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator; you will need to climb some stairs;

Appartamento spazioso e pulito, a pochi passi dal centro, con due camere spaziose.
Mobili nuovi e carini.
Il bagno ha dei sanitari molto vecchi, con rubinetti separati per l'acqua calda e fredda, tavoletta del water con cerniera rotta, e presenta una vasca anziché la doccia, un po' scomoda, zona un po' rumorosa per il traffico, però sopportabile.

Appartamento molto spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort descritti. L'host è molto disponibile, proattivo e risponde velocemente. Non abbiamo avuto problemi a parcheggiare. Posizione un pò decentrata, distanza dal centro di Spoleto circa 25 minuti a piedi.

Le dimensioni della casa
. Un consiglio per la casa... Come struttura è sicuramente comoda ma il bagno non è assolutamente performante. Bidet non ben funzionante e bagno senza doccia. Inoltre in cucina mancavano persino le tazze x la colazione. Non so il tipo di ospiti che accogliete, ma per lo standard italiano i servizi della casa sono mediocri.
