This delightful two-level apartment, ideal for two people, is equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay.
The location is excellent, right in the historic center, with all essential services within easy reach and within walking distance of major attractions: the Basilica of San Martino and the Palazzo Ducale are just 400 meters away.
The Martina Franca train station is just a 13-minute walk (800 meters). The 72 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator (11 steps) and has a private entrance.
The interior space is spread over two levels and is divided as follows: *** Lower floor *** - KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction hob, mini fridge with a small freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle, and moka pot - LIVING AREA with a dining table, sofa and armchairs, TV, and split air conditioning *** Upper floor *** - BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, and split air conditioning - BATHROOM ensuite, equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower - BALCONY equipped with two chairs and a stool.
Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, clothes rack on the stairs, entrance railings, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The two levels are separated by 15 high steps. - Please note the archway leading to the kitchenette, which is approximately 1.60 meters high. - There is a system that deactivates the air conditioning when no one is home. - The apartment is located within the ZTL (limited traffic zone), in a pedestrian alley.
You must park for a fee on Via Mercadante near Via Nuova (a few minutes' walk from the apartment) and then continue on foot along Via Nuova.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Martina Franca.

The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley.
Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains.
Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
