Inside, there are two ground-floor bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a king-size four-poster, along with a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a dedicated workspace. Upstairs, there is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with electric fire and freestanding bar. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and hairdryer. For entertainment there is a Smart TV with Netflix and NowTV, WiFi, and a record player with retro records, a selection of books, games and magazines. Outside, there is a front and rear courtyard with furniture, private off-road parking for one car, and there is also paid parking available nearby.
