Information about the host
Welcome to Haus am Limes your cozy home in the idyllic Steinbacher Tal. We are a fruit and wine farm with a distillery, laying hens, and small animals.
Two comfortable holiday apartments of 85 and 100 sqm respectively, each with at least two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with kitchenette (dishwasher), Wi-Fi, satellite TV, covered terrace or balcony, shower/WC, and a separate WC, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
An inviting one-room apartment of 25 sqm completes our offer for solo travelers or couples.
Surrounded by extensive orchards, our holiday home features a sunbathing and play area with a barbecue and terrace, a climbing frame, and a giant trampoline. Our bakehouse (also suitable for groups) is located right next to the holiday home.
The nearby village of Untersteinbach offers shopping facilities, a lovely outdoor swimming pool with Biergarten, a wonderful playground, a mini golf course, as well as a tennis court and a Kneipp facility.
Well-developed cycling and hiking trails, as well as a variety of excursion destinations, invite you to enjoy an active holiday.
Possible excursion destinations include the nearby towns of Öhringen, Schwäbisch Hall, and Künzelsau, as well as Schöntal, for example to visit the monastery, and Heilbronn, for example for a visit to the experimenta science center with children.

AN- UND ABREISE
Die Anreise ist zwischen 14:00 Uhr und 19:00 Uhr möglich gerne auch nach vorheriger Absprache.
Die Abreise sollte bis spätestens 09:00 Uhr erfolgen.
ZAHLUNGSINFORMATIONEN
Eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 50 % des Gesamtpreises ist innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach Buchung zu leisten.
Die Restzahlung ist bis spätestens 4 Wochen vor Anreise fällig.
Die Bankverbindung erhalten Sie separat per E-Mail nach erfolgter Buchung.
Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen:
Buchung weniger als 4 Wochen vor Anreise: Gesamtbetrag ist sofort fällig.
Buchung weniger als 5 Tage vor Anreise: Zahlung bitte bei Schlüsselübergabe in bar. Kartenzahlung ist nicht möglich.
STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Kostenfreie Stornierung bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise.
Bei einer späteren Stornierung fallen 90 % des Gesamtpreises als Stornogebühr an.
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise erfolgt keine Rückerstattung, ebenso bei Nichtanreise.
WEITERE INFORMATIONEN
Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass unser Haus ein Nichtraucherhaus ist.

From the A6 motorway exit Öhringen, drive to Pfedelbach and from there towards Untersteinbach.
After passing the small village of Heuholz, turn right towards Renzen after about one kilometer. After the small bridge, turn right again, follow the road, and after approximately 400 meters turn left into Volkerspachweg. After about 100 meters, you will find us on the left-hand side.
