The fully equipped kitchen includes stovetops, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and silverware, along with a dining table ideal for everyday meals.
The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer for added convenience.
Step onto the private balcony with outdoor seating and enjoy open city views and the lively Athenian atmosphere.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, elevator access, washing machine, high-speed wireless internet, TV, clothing storage, and a private entrance.
Perfect for both short stays and long-term visits, this apartment offers a comfortable base with excellent connectivity to central Athens, cultural landmarks, and vibrant neighborhood life. We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government.All guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee.
