Whether you're visiting for a family gathering, a business trip, or a luxury getaway, this elegant home offers the perfect base – with Solihull’s boutiques, parks, and attractions just moments away. Prime Location Windsor Manor is perfectly situated for both leisure and business travelers: Birmingham Airport 12 minute drive Solihull Town Centre 7 minute drive NEC 8.9 miles Birmingham City Centre 8.7 miles Please note that using the sofa bed will need to be booked in advance and a £10 fee will need to be paid for additional bedding. To ensure a smooth and secure stay, guests will be required to complete a short rental agreement prior to arrival.
This form will be sent to you electronically and must be signed by the lead guest. A refundable security deposit of £500 is also required before check-in. This deposit helps us maintain the high standards of the property and will be returned within 48 hours of checkout, provided no damage is reported.
