This modern 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom barn has undergone a two-year refurbishment and extension, combining contemporary design with the character of the original structure.
Every area has been designed for comfortable shared living, whether that’s cooking together, dining, relaxing or spending time outdoors. BED CONFIGURATION: Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 1 x Double Bed with gorgeous ensuite Bedroom 2: 1 x Double with ensuite Bedroom 3: 1 x Double with ensuite Downstairs: Bedroom 4: 1 x Double Bed Bedroom 5: 1 x Single Bed Bedroom 6: 1 x Double Bed The property comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, with the option to discuss larger groups of guests by prior arrangement and at an additional charge. This beautifully converted barn offers six thoughtfully designed bedrooms with plush bedding and original wooden beams, along with three well-appointed bathrooms that include en-suites and a convenient downstairs toilet.
The heart of the home features a Marbella-style kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as an air fryer, coffee machine, and all the cookware you need, paired with a stylish dining area ideal for shared meals. Relax in the spacious living areas, complete with large sofas, flat-screen TVs, Netflix access, and immersive surround sound, or retreat to your own private cinema room for the ultimate movie night experience.
Outside, enjoy a large garden with football nets, offering fun for all ages.
After a day of adventure, unwind in the outdoor hot tub or simply enjoy the peaceful, tree-lined surroundings from the spacious private driveway, which provides ample parking. Important Information - Please Read Before Booking • Strictly no parties or events • The home is available for quiet, responsible use only • Noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly in the evenings • Outdoor areas should be used considerately • Parking is strictly within the allocated spaces on the property • A refundable security deposit of £1000 is required prior to check-in and returned after a satisfactory checkout inspection • Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID and sign a rental agreement to be able to get check in details
