Welcome to your 2-bedroom townhouse in Rute, Córdoba — the house is ideal for couples or friends seeking a nice holiday or a getaway stay.
With a private roof terrace, mountain views and easy access to local amenities, pools and outdoor activities, it offers a unique base to explore inland Spain and nearby beaches, cities and hotshots of Well known places on the Costa del sol too. 🛏 Bedrooms (sleeps up to 4) • 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed • Room 3: Single room (available from June 2026 – currently wardrobe use only) • Fresh linen & towels provided (extra charged after 5 days) • Suitable for children aged 7+ only 🛁 Bathrooms • 1 bathroom 🍳 Kitchen & Dining • Fully equipped • Fire blanket & first aid kit 🛋 Living & Comfort • Smart TV • Wi-Fi • Fans + portable gas heater • Washing machine & storage 🌿 Outdoor Space • Roof terrace with furniture • Town, mountain view 🚗 Parking • Free on street parking 🐾 Pets • Max 1 dog allowed – €5 per night (must bring own bed & toys) 📍 Local Attractions Walking: • Cafés, bars, restaurants & entertainment – 5 mins • Swimming pool complex – 5 mins (July–September, €3.70/day) • Tennis courts, running track & football area – 5 mins • Children’s playground – 5 mins Transport / Driving: • Lake beach with watersports & boat tours – 20 mins • Mountain hiking & cycling routes – nearby / 20 mins • Córdoba city & beaches – 1 hour • Málaga airport & coast – 1 hour • Marbella / Gibraltar / Almería – 2 hours 📋 House Rules & Important Info • Check-in 12pm · Check-out 11am • No babies or infants • Guests must be able to use stairs (10 steps) • No smoking indoors • No parties Additional Requirements: • £300 damage deposit (cash on arrival) • Shower maintenance required (cleaning every other day for stays over 3 nights) • Extra linen/towels: €10 per 5 days per person • Breakfast available on request (€7.50 continental) • Beach towels at extra cost • Bike rental available (€10/day)
