Designed for couples seeking a seaside escape, the apartment enjoys incredible sea views across Newport Bay to Dinas Head and sits within easy reach of the beach. Resting on a golf course with a café with wonderful views on site, it is also close to the Coast Path, making it an excellent base for relaxed coastal breaks. The open-plan living space has been carefully arranged to make the most of the studio layout, combining a kitchen, dining area and sitting area into one well-organised room.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple self-catered meals, while the dining area provides a pleasant spot to sit together enjoying the view after days spent by the sea.
The sitting area offers a welcoming place to relax, whether watching TV or simply enjoying the coastal outlook beyond. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, positioned within the open-plan space, and is complemented by a contemporary shower room with a walk-in rainforest shower, ideal for refreshing after beach walks, dips and coastal adventures.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, air fryer, kettle and toaster. There is a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in rainforest shower, basin and WC. Gas central heating is provided. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear patio with furniture and sea views, along with off-road parking for 1 car. The beach is located 0.4 miles away, with a golf course and café nearby. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
