Named after an ancient well on which it was built, "Pozzo" apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment has two floors: on the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen, a sofa, and a small terrace with an outdoor table and chairs.
Like all the apartments in the residence, the "Pozzo" apartment is equipped with air conditioning, parking, and provides access to common areas with Wi-Fi. The apartment is located within the Casa Torretta complex, which consists of 6 apartments, and was created from the renovation of an ancient villa in the middle of an olive grove.
