Our accommodation offers a private whirlpool, sauna, pool table and more.
Stylish design, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy sleeping areas make it ideal for families, friends or special occasions.
Located in a quiet area of the Wetterau district, it features the signature ROOM BOOM atmosphere. Access to our accomodation is provided via a key for the front door, which is stored in a key safe mounted next to the entrance. Important information for you: No loud parties / no speakers / respect for neighbors Bringing music speakers, party speakers, subwoofers, or sound systems is strictly prohibited.
Music is only allowed inside the accommodation at moderate volume. From 10:00 PM, we ask you to be especially considerate of the neighbors: please keep windows and doors closed and avoid noise, especially outside. The accommodation is equipped with a privacy-friendly noise sensor.
It only measures noise levels and does not record conversations.
In case of repeated noise violations, neighbor complaints, or breaches of these rules, the stay may be terminated and the incident may be reported to the booking platform. Multiroom Sound System: To use the multiroom sound system, an additional free app (SONOS S2) is required.
Further information can be found in the entrance area of the property. Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous guest’s check-out, the whirlpool may not yet have reached operating temperature, as it will have been freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled. There is NO air conditioning in the accommodation. The check-out time of 10:00 a.m. must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to begin cleaning promptly.
This ensures the property is ready on time and in excellent condition for incoming guests. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any further questions. Pets: Allowed.

A Nintendo Switch is also available for even more fun and variety, especially for long, entertaining evenings with friends or family. The beer tap system is not available for use. Modern amenities, cozy sleeping areas and a fully equipped kitchen ensure a comfortable and effortless stay.
