We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Callao, is just a 2-minutes walk. Barajas Madrid airport is an 30-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware, allowing for an independent and comfortable stay.
The bathroom is modern and fully equipped.
An iron and ironing board are also provided to meet all your needs. The apartment features an interior window that provides natural light throughout the day. It is furnished with modern furniture, wooden floors and carefully selected décor, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The area is perfectly connected by metro, buses and commuter trains, making it easy to reach universities, hospitals, workplaces and any part of the city. A practical, well-located and fully equipped studio, designed for those seeking comfort and an excellent location in the center of Madrid during temporary stays. ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE Please note: this apartment is for temporary rental only – it is not available for tourist stays. Family-friendly
: It’s a very family-friendly flat; they provide everything you need, and if you have any questions, they reply straight away. I’m really happy with it, to be honest – I’d definitely stay there again and I’m already recommending it to others.

In a great location and absolutely lovely!
The only downside was the lock, as you need internet access! As we’re from another country, we often had no signal or ran out of roaming, so we couldn’t get in, as there’s no access code and it’s quite a faff.
On the other hand, the washing machine wasn’t working 😔
But the flat is really lovely and you’re just a block away from Gran Vía
