Welcome to your ideal getaway in Destin! This spacious 970 sq ft, two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers everything you need for comfort and convenience.
The master suite includes a king bed, private bath with tub/shower combo, and balcony access—your perfect relaxation retreat.
The guest bedroom features two full-size bunk beds and its own full bathroom, great for families or larger groups.
An open-concept living room and kitchen provide a bright, inviting space for lounging or entertaining—with a queen sofa sleeper and access to the shared balcony. Inside, you’ll have a stackable washer/dryer for seamless long stays.
When you're ready to explore the resort, dive into a tropical paradise with Destin’s largest zero-entry lagoon pool, waterfalls, a heated pool, kiddie splash pad, and hot tub. For your well-being and recreation, take advantage of the fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, or let kids play on the playground while you fire up the nearby community grills. When hunger strikes, enjoy dining at The Palms Bistro—your on-site coffeehouse, restaurant, and bar offering delicious meals, live music, brunch stations, pizza, and more.
Afterward, warm up by the firepits, play ping-pong or cornhole at the patio bar, or unwind in the full-service spa. To top it all off, the seasonal shuttle whisks you away to nearby beaches, Destin Commons, or HarborWalk with ease.
Extra conveniences include free Wi-Fi, on-site parking (valet in season), a general store, 24-hour security, and event spaces—all adding up to a vacation that’s relaxing, exciting, and effortlessly stress-free. For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, and etc) messaging system.

We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation. All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy.
Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance. The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions.
All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor.
Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time.
The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform.
To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance. Location: The condo is located in Building 2, West Tower, on the 2nd floor for easy access.
You’ll use the West Tower elevator to reach your unit.
The front desk can help direct you towards it when you check-in. Pets: We love pets, but unfortunately, the resort does not allow pets to accompany guests, just owners, who reside at the Palms of Destin. Parking : No parking for trailers, boats and RVs. The HOA will tow them. The resort is family-friendly, with features like a kiddie pool, splash pad, and playground. All guests must follow resort rules, including pool and amenity hours. To ensure the property remains in top condition, routine maintenance is performed on a scheduled basis.
Lawn care occurs bi-weekly, and pest control treatments are completed quarterly.
Our trusted vendors will not need access inside the property, but you may see them working in and around the exterior of the home during reasonable daytime hours.
If interior access is ever required, guests will always be notified in advance. While this unit is perfect for longer stays (thanks to the in-unit washer/dryer), please note that daily housekeeping is not provided. Extra Guests: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests.
For groups larger than 4 (up to the maximum of 6), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night.
This helps cover extra utilities, cleaning, and normal wear and tear.
