The apartment has refined design pieces of furniture, such as Frau beds and Poldina lamps; the internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHEN CORNER (induction hob, fridge, freezer, ILLY coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils) dining table, sofa, TV and large panoramic window;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, TV and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with French double bed;
- BATHROOM I with shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink;
- BATHROOM II with shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent air conditioning and heating throughout the house, washing machine, dryer, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
ATTENTION:
- Please note the presence of a step to access the building;

The location is also strategic for reaching restaurants, bars and shops on foot, thus having all the main necessary services at hand; furthermore, Ferrara central station is also easily reachable on foot.

- From Ferrara station, you can take bus no. 11 to the "Corso Porta Reno" stop, a 1-minute walk from the property.
The property can also be reached in just over 20 minutes on foot from the station.
- The property is located within the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking is located in viale Baluardi and in via XX Settembre, a few minutes' walk away.
- The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.
