Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout. This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival. THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel.
We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay.
Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided.
We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. PROPERTY GUEST GUIDEBOOK TWO days prior to your arrival, you will receive a link to your Personal Guest Guidebook. This guide contains all essential information about the property and your stay. We strongly suggest using the link before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before reaching out to us with any questions during your stay, please check the Guest Guidebook first - in most cases, you’ll find the answer there quickly and easily. EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge.
For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area.
Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests.
Only upon request and for an extra charge of € 30/stay for Baby Cot and € 30/stay for High Chair, or € 40/stay if you wish to order both together. • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost. FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group. ELECTRICITY IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice: We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay.
Please note the following electricity usage limits: * Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH. If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily.
