Welcome to Villeneuve-lès-Béziers, in our charming village house ideal for 4 to 6 guests.
Located in a peaceful and authentic environment, it is just a 2-minute walk from the Canal du Midi and about 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Valras-Plage and Sérignan. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area, as well as a lovely furnished rooftop terrace, perfect for meals, aperitifs, or relaxing in the sun. The property is located in a quiet Mediterranean village, offering the perfect setting between sea, nature, and heritage. The property is fully private and reserved for your exclusive use. You will enjoy all spaces independently for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The property does not have a private garage or dedicated parking space directly in front, but parking is very easy and free: A free parking area is located about 10 meters away (Post Office / medical center parking) Another free parking area is available about 30 meters away on foot Parking in the village is generally simple and convenient. Included services: We provide bed linen, bath towels, and bath mats. A welcome kit is provided for each stay (one sample per person including coffee, shower gel, and toilet paper). Baby equipment (optional): Travel cot and high chair available for â¬15 per stay.
The cot includes a standard mattress (no topper). Baby linen is not provided. Quiet hours: 23:00 to 7:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.

You are close to shops, the canal, and main roads leading to the beaches within just a few minutes by car. The house is spread over several levels: On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a hallway leading to a large games room equipped with a foosball table, darts, and a small fridge.
This room gives access to a separate toilet, a bathroom with washing machine, as well as a closed garage ideal for bicycles or motorcycles. From the hallway, a staircase decorated with cement tiles leads to the first floor.
There you will find a first bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, as well as a bright living area with lounge and fully equipped open kitchen. On the second floor, a bedroom with bunk beds and adjoining toilet leads to a third bedroom with a double bed. This room opens onto a lovely sunny rooftop terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a plancha grill.
