You are in the historic and commercial heart of León: Ordoño II (the main shopping street) is 1 minute away, the Cathedral and the Barrio Húmedo (tapas bars) 5 minutes on foot, the Casa Botines by Gaudí and Plaza Mayor under 10 minutes, and the San Marcos parador and the river walks 15 minutes.
Supermarkets and bakeries are on the surrounding streets. Layout: the duplex is on two levels joined by an internal wooden staircase.
Downstairs: living room with sofa, dining table and TV, separate kitchen and the full bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs: the two bedrooms. Sleeping: bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with two single beds (one pulls out from under the other) and a desk.
Sleeps 4; no sofa bed. Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffee maker. Extras: fast WiFi, heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a quiet private courtyard shared only with the building.
