Set within a small rural hamlet, the property offers an intimate and timeless atmosphere where nature, silence, and tradition blend in perfect harmony. Surrounded by a landscape of rare beauty, the villa overlooks picturesque terraces of ancient olive groves, cultivated fields, gentle slopes, and oak woodlands crossed by old paths that invite leisurely walks and moments of quiet contemplation.
The private garden, carefully maintained and filled with secluded corners, ensures peace and privacy, offering several shaded areas dedicated to relaxation and social gatherings.
Among these, an elegant stone patio sheltered by a vine-covered pergola stands out as the perfect setting for outdoor breakfasts, summer lunches, or dinners under the stars. Making the stay even more enjoyable is the beautiful private swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth ranging from 1 to 2.40 m), nestled among the olive trees and open from June to September.
