The Grand Weave House is an elegantly restored Edwardian, four-storey holiday home resting in the leafy suburb of Shipley, West Yorkshire, a short distance from the UNESCO-listed village of Saltaire and well-placed for exploring both the moors and the southern reaches of the Yorkshire Dales.
Well suited to families and groups of friends, the property offers generous sleeping accommodation alongside sociable living areas, a music room, and a private garden.

The heart of the home is found on the lower ground floor, where a beautifully open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area draws everyone together.
A woodburning stove sets the tone for relaxed evenings, while the well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a pleasure.
A separate family room provides additional space to spread out, and a handy utility room and ground-floor WC add everyday practicality.
Glazed sliding doors open out to the patio, with steps leading down to the enclosed, multi-level rear garden with seating and a hot tub available on request.
Arriving at the front door on the ground floor, the hallway leads through to one of the property's most distinctive spaces: the music room.
Furnished with guitars, a piano, and comfortable sofas, this is a room that surprises and delights, equally at home as a creative retreat or a relaxed hangout.
The Flamingo Room sits adjacent, a beautifully characterful double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Up on the first floor, three further bedrooms are served by a generously proportioned bathroom featuring double basins, a bath, and a walk-in shower.
Two of the bedrooms can be configured as either singles or doubles, making the property flexible for different group sizes and ages.
The top floor is reserved for the principal bedroom, a genuine highlight of the house.
A king-size double with far-reaching views across the surrounding hills, this room also features a freestanding bath and a separate en-suite shower room, offering a genuinely luxurious retreat at the end of a day's adventure.
The Grand Weave House sleeps six guests as standard, with the option to accommodate up to eight on request.

The Grand Weave House consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with woodburning stove, along with a utility and a mezzanine music room with guitars and a keyboard. Over three floors, the bedrooms comprise a second-floor double with freestanding bath and en-suite walk-in shower, two doubles, and two singles, served by a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and a separate shower room. Amenities include an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is private driveway parking for two cars and an enclosed, multi-level rear garden with lawn, patio, and inflatable hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You can find a shop and pub 0.4 within miles. Note: There are steps up to the sitting area within the open-plan living space. Note: The garden has steps throughout, please take care.
