The main square in Schladming is just about a 5-minute walk away.
Right outside the door, you’ll find a supermarket and a clothing store.
Numerous restaurants, bars, the Schladming adventure pool, and the Congress Schladming are also within walking distance. The location also offers excellent access to the Planai-Hochwurzen cable cars, providing convenient transport to the mountains.
Schladming train station is only a few minutes on foot, offering a comfortable and sustainable option for arriving and departing by public transport.
Free parking, an e-car charging station at the house, and complimentary Wi-Fi are of course available. The Schladming Dachstein Card is included. (The valid periods for using the Summer Card are set annually by the Schladming-Dachstein Tourist Board and can be obtained directly from them.) It offers over 100 free holiday experiences, numerous discounts and one free return trip per day on a mountain railway of your choice.
