Spacious apartment perfect for 5 people, located in a quiet residential area near Quinto al Mare.
The beaches and the seafront are about 2 km away and are easily reachable by car or public transport.
In a few time, it is also possible to reach the historic center of Genoa, famous for its narrow streets, the Aquarium of Genoa, and the Old Port, connected by bus and the city's eastern train station.
Boccadasse can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The 100sqm accommodation is located on the -1 floor of a terraced house: please note that stairs must be climbed/descended to access it. The internal space is arranged on two levels separated by a staircase and is organized as follows: ** LOWER LEVEL ** - Kitchen with dining table and equipped cooking area with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, conventional oven, microwave, moka pot, kettle, and dishwasher; - Living room with table, sofa, and TV; - Guest bathroom with toilet and sink. ** UPPER LEVEL ** - Bedroom I with two double beds and wardrobe; - Bedroom II with three single beds (two of which are bunk beds), wardrobe, and desk; - Bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub with showerhead. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, tower fan, washing machine (in the basement), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: NO AIR CONDITIONING. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the city tax to the municipality of Genova. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
