Spacious and bright apartment equipped with all the comforts to comfortably accommodate two people.
Centrally located, it is just a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maria Immacolata and is particularly suitable for military personnel thanks to its proximity to the Naval Arsenal, the Mezzacapo Barracks, and the Marispedal, all within easy walking distance.
The SS. Annunziata Hospital is about a 15-minute walk away, as is the Taranto seafront and its gardens. The 58 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building with NO elevator.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to climb stairs to access it. The interior layout is as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and oven - Living room with sofa, dining table, TV and split air conditioning - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split air conditioning - Bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower with hydromassage column - Small 3 sqm balcony. Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito nets in the bathroom, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes for a fee). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Taranto. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. We are 15 minutes walk from the renowned National Archaeological Museum, containing one of the largest collections of artifacts of Magna Graecia, and 20 minutes from the Aragonese Castle, symbol of the city, dating back to the Byzantine era and access point to the historic center with its unmissable monuments: the marvelous Basilica Cathedral of San Cataldo and the suggestive Spartan Hypogeum Museum, to name just a few. The apartment is also an 8-minute walk from the Lungomare and its beautiful gardens, and just 5 minutes from the Military Maritime Arsenal and the Santissima Annunziata Hospital.
