Located in the heart of the historic center, it enjoys a quiet and peaceful location overlooking the internal courtyard.
A 20-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo, just steps from a bus stop with several connecting lines.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.
The internal space
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 1970s building with an elevator (accessible via stairs).
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, dining table, 50" smart TV, split A/C, and balcony access;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, breakfast table, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C, and balcony access;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY (accessible from the living room and bedroom) with a small table and two chairs and a barbecue.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, split A/C (only in the living room and bedroom), washing machine (in the closet), iron and ironing board, and clothesline.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the Guests.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
