Set on the third floor, this bright and welcoming apartment offers the perfect base for enjoying Swansea.
Ideally located for SA1 Marina, the city centre, and major events at the stadium, you’re right where you need to be. The space has been designed for comfort and ease, featuring two bedrooms: a generous double with a private en-suite, and a small double room, ideal for two children or a single adult. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table with seating for four, perfect for relaxed meals or planning your day. The living area offers a cosy corner sofa, Smart TV, and WiFi, creating a great space to unwind after exploring the city. A dedicated parking space for one car is included, with a fob provided for convenient access. Whether you’re visiting for work, a weekend away, or a special event, this apartment combines comfort, location, and practicality for an easy, enjoyable stay. Free Parking for one car at the property for guests to use. The space is labelled number 12 and is located to the rear of the property.
Guests must use the permit required in the property on display at all times.
Upon checkout guests must return permit to kitchen table.
DO NOT PUT THE PERMIT THROUGH THE LETTERBOX! Guests have access to the entire property. Check in- 16:00 Check out-10:00 Wi-fi access is available on the guest manual emailed to you once you have booked the property. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check-in, meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed. We also offer 24/7 guest support if you need assistance during your stay. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties.
Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned.
We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries.
We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
