A cozy 50 sqm apartment, ideal for up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator.
The accommodation is located in Antignano, an elegant coastal and residential area of Livorno, renowned for its tranquility and proximity to major amenities.
Well connected to the city center by public transportation, it is just a 5-minute walk from the seafront and about 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, bedroom, and veranda. The interior space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a traditional oven; - LIVING AREA with a sofa bed, dining table, and TV. - BEDROOM with a double bed, dresser, and wardrobe. - BATHROOM with a shower, bidet, sink, and toilet. - COVERED VERANDA with opening windows, equipped with a table, sink, and washing machine. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, fan, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: NO AIR CONDITIONING. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Livorno Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. Please note that the keys to the front door are located in a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.
