Three hiking trails start directly from the house, making it ideal for nature lovers. Renovated in 2022 for contemporary comfort, the ground floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a 25-m² meditation/yoga room with a projection screen.
Upstairs, there is a 25-m² bedroom, an office, a dormitory, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a mezzanine. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with small freezer, vacuum cleaner, and iron.
Enjoy garden furniture and a BBQ for outdoor meals.
Board games, a screen, and a video projector are available for your entertainment.
A 4G Wi-Fi connection is provided.
Underfloor heating is installed throughout the first floor, complemented by a wood-burning stove.
The sunny, sheltered outdoor terrace overlooks the fields and offers expansive views. Access is possible via the Valence-Ville TGV station.
