The Chesa Curtinella 13 offers a spacious ground-floor apartment in a quiet location in the Sils Seglias area.
Its proximity to the cross-country ski trails, shops, and local tourist infrastructure makes it an ideal base for holidays in the Engadin. With approximately 135 m² of living space, the apartment provides plenty of room and flexible accommodation options.
It features up to four bedrooms, including three double bedrooms and one room with bunk beds.
The apartment is rented for a maximum of six guests and is particularly well suited for families or smaller groups. The living and dining area is generously sized and offers direct access to the south-facing garden terrace.
This outdoor space extends the living area and invites guests to relax and unwind.

Schöne grosse Wohnung mit herzigem Gartensitzplatz (mit grossem schönem Tisch um draussen zu Essen!) an guter Lage in Sils Maria. Grosse Zimmer. Zwei gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Ruhig.
Wohnung teils etwas dunkel. Negativ ist, dass die Lampen, vor allem im Wohn- / Essbereich, eher knapp Licht geben...
