The Joinery is a lovely, reverse-level house in Scarborough, Yorkshire, defined by characterful exposed beams, an eco fireplace, and an enclosed courtyard that adds a welcome outdoor pause to days by the coast.
Designed with living spaces above the bedrooms, the layout makes the most of shared time, while still offering quieter corners to retreat to as the day unfolds.
Step inside and discover bedrooms arranged on the lower floor, including two doubles and a single with a truckle, making the house well-suited to families or small groups travelling together.
