Bib Knowl Farm is a delightful converted barn situated in Littleborough, Greater Manchester, offering off-road parking for four cars, far-reaching countryside views, and an expansive garden complete with a hot tub. Set at the end of a long lane and surrounded by open fields, this striking stone retreat enjoys an elevated outlook towards Hollingworth Lake.
Inside, a magnificent wrought iron staircase sweeps upwards, forming an eye-catching centrepiece.
The living/dining room, warmed by a woodburning stove, provides a sociable hub for gathering, while a separate sitting room with an electric fire offers an alternative place to relax with a film on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen caters to mealtimes with ease, supported by a practical first-floor utility space.
Five thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, including a ground-floor double-size with an en-suite shower room, along with 2 super king-size beds that are adaptable zip and link configurations upstairs, offer flexibility for families and groups, while a Juliet balcony in one room frames views across the surrounding landscape.

Bib Knowl Farm consists of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, along with a first-floor utility with washing machine for additional convenience. The living/dining room features a woodburning stove, while there are is an additional sitting room with an electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms include two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), one with a Juliet balcony and Jack-and-Jill en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, two king-size rooms, one of which is zip/link, and a ground-floor king-size with its own en-suite shower room. There is also a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, basin, and WC. The property benefits from electric central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Shop and pub 0.6 miles, lake 1.1 miles, river 1.4 miles. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, gazebo, furniture, and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for four cars with an EV charging point. Three well-behaved pets are welcome and smoking is not permitted. With its generous layout, scenic views, and outdoor space, Bib Knowl Farm is ready to host a memorable stay in Greater Manchester.
