Located on the 2nd floor, this spacious and comfortable 150 m2 apartment is intended exclusively for adults and can accommodate 4–6 guests.
It offers a pleasant living space with everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, coffee machine, and electric kettle.
There are two bedrooms.
One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and air conditioning, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, air conditioning, and SAT TV. The apartment also includes two bathrooms.
One is equipped with a shower and toilet, while the other features a shower, bathtub, and toilet. In the living room, guests will find an additional SAT-TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 guests. For outdoor relaxation, guests can enjoy a balcony with a panoramic sea view, as well as an additional balcony on the mezzanine level, also offering beautiful sea views.
This upper balcony is accessible via stairs from the living room. The mezzanine level also includes a small room with a sofa bed and a small toilet.
If needed, up to 2 guests can sleep there instead of using the sofa bed in the living room. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool and a parking space. The accommodation is situated in a peaceful location and is an excellent choice for couples or small groups of friends seeking relaxation, comfort, and privacy.
