The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking effortless, complete with both a Keurig and espresso machine for your morning routine. The home comfortably sleeps your group with: A king bedroom with a relaxing, private feel A queen bedroom with cozy, stylish décor A third bedroom with two twin beds—perfect for kids or additional guests Step outside and enjoy the Florida sunshine from the private patio, complete with seating and a grill for evening cookouts.
From the front of the home, take in partial views of the Santa Rosa Sound, adding to the peaceful coastal ambiance. You’ll love the convenience of being just an 8-minute drive to the white sands of Navarre Beach, while still tucked away in a quiet, walkable neighborhood.
Restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions are all within easy reach. However, we are available via the booking app or phone should you need any assistance during your visit. 1) Extended Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for mid-stay cleanings are required.
We change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition for you. 2) Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee. This covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages, subject to exclusions.
Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest. 3) Pre-Arrival Check-In: Prior to your arrival, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form via Guesty.
This allows us to gather necessary information and ensure you are familiar with our rental terms and conditions for a smooth check-in.
