This stylish and bright 2 bedroom apartment is located within a modern development in the heart of central Wigan.
Thoughtfully designed with contemporary interiors, the apartment offers everything needed for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a bright open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Ideally situated within walking distance of Wigan town centre, you’ll have easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and local attractions. Guests have sole access to all parts of the property. Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
