Large studio apartment perfect for two people, is located in a shared villa but has its own private access.
It features a shared garden and a large furnished patio for exclusive use. The accommodation is located in Marina di Pulsano, a well-served seaside area, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach and local lidos such as Lido Checca, Lido Tridakne, and Lido Fata Morgana, as well as bars and pizzerias, offering a convenient way to enjoy the sea, local cuisine, and relaxation. The 40 sq m apartment is located on the first ground floor of a villa shared with the owners and other guests.
There is no elevator.
PLEASE NOTE: You must climb stairs to access it. The space is laid out as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with two induction burners, a mini fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, and a coffee maker. - Sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobe, and split air conditioning. - Bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and shower. - Balcony furnished with a table, chairs, and armchairs. Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, mosquito nets, outdoor shower and sink shared with other guests and the owner, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - NO TV - The shared garden is under video surveillance for security reasons. 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pulsano. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pulsano Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
