The house has 2 bathrooms, so no one has to wait long to use the facilities in the morning – and the underfloor heating in the bathroom will make getting up on cooler days a little less of a chore.
After a day out, you can round off the evening in the conservatory or cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove, whilst the heat pump and the modern air-to-water heat pump ensure a consistently comfortable indoor climate, whatever the season.
