1 Alpha Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, alongside a sitting room with ample seating, Smart TV, and an electric stove-effect fire. The bedrooms comprise one double and one twin. There is a bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear courtyard with patio furniture. Parking is available in nearby public car parks. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A shop and pub are within 0.1 miles. Note: There are a few steps leading up to a mezzanine area in the sitting room. Note: There is access to next door through the rear courtyard. Enjoy a character-filled coastal break in a prime setting at 1 Alpha Cottage.
