This Italian Lakes apartment with pool is modern and contemporary.
Situated on the first floor of the building, it is located on the shores of Lake Maggiore.
The apartment is well equipped and guests enjoy use of a superb swimming pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by stylish teak decking and luxury loungers.
There is also a restaurant on site as well as a bar and cafe. Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace.
It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments. We absolutely love this Italian Lakes apartment with pool.
The largest of the 3 bedroom Italian Lakes apartments available at this stunning resort, it enjoys wonderful lake views from the main terrace to the front of the apartment but also boasts a second terrace to the rear.
It has been well equipped by its British owners to offer guests a real 'home from home' stay.
It also has the added benefit of a large private garage, perfect for those looking to bring bikes with them or for those who need a secure outside space to store water sports equipment. Pets: Not allowed.

Guests can also walk to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake.
Tennis courts and water sports hire are also within walking distance. This Italian Lakes apartment with pool is modern and contemporary and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The latter is extremely spacious and enjoys views of the lake from large sliding doors that lead out to the private balcony.
