We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Conveniently located near Watford Junction Station, just a 15-minute walk away, offering direct trains to London Euston.
Local buses are also accessible for easy travel around Watford and beyond. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Comfortable single room designed for solo guests looking for value.
The property features a shared bathroom and is within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and public transport. A simple, comfortable space featuring a TV and a mini coffee station to kick back and unwind.
You’ll have a private shower right in the room, with a shared toilet nearby.

Really good communication before and during my stay
Made the check in very easy and the room was exactly as stated. The added bonus of a fan was very much appreciated with the warm weather.
Would recommend for any single traveler going to Watford or into London

Overall a comfortable room in a nice quite convenient location for me
: Room was good as was toilet.
No breakfast on offer though and no milk for room coffee. Cup could be bigger though.
