Welcome to Villa Golden Heaven, a spacious detached house located in Vitry-sur-Seine, in the immediate suburbs of Paris. With 145 m² of living space and a 1,122 m² private garden, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. It is the ideal setting for stays with family or friends, nestled in a lush and peaceful environment.
The villa features 9 beds, 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, and 4 parking spaces.

• Living Room (48 m²):
• 1 dining table (218×95 cm) with 8 chairs and additional seating available.
• 1 three-seater sofa, 1 double sofa bed, and 1 retro Louis XV style armchair.
• 44-inch TCL TV.
• Functional antique fireplace: Wood from the garden is provided (perfect for winter and holiday stays).
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, stovetop, blender, and all necessary dinnerware and cutlery.
• Bedroom 1: Double bed (160×200 cm), retro bedside tables, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (140×200 cm), side tables, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3 (Mezzanine, max height 190 cm): Two single beds (80×200 cm) with a third single bed available upon request. Note: Accessed via a 45° steep staircase.
• Laundry Room: Washing machine, dryer, and iron.
• Bathroom (GF): Bathtub, shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel).

• Bedroom 4 (Attic space, max height 240 cm):
• 4 single beds (90×200 cm) and 1 double sofa bed.
• Features its own wood-burning fireplace and closet.

A vast wooded garden featuring cherry, olive, bamboo, willow, and medlar trees. 🍒 In summer, feel free to pick our organic cherries directly from the garden!

• RER C (Les Ardoines): 15–20 min walk or 5 min by car. Pour aller à la Tour Eiffel, prenez le T9 jusqu'à Choisy-le-Roi. Le RER C est à seulement 50 mètres et vous y emmène directement
