This first-floor apartment in the Condado de Alhama resort offers easy access to an outdoor pool and a peaceful retreat in the Murcia countryside.
With two bedrooms and a private patio, it's a comfortable base for families or small groups.
Bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds - ideal for children or friends sharing.
Both rooms are simply furnished and have air conditioning to keep you cool on warm evenings.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, so you can choose between a quick rinse or a longer soak.
Living Area: - Relax in front of the television after a day exploring the resort - Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable year-round - Direct access to your private patio through the living room. Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including: - Fridge and freezer for storing fresh ingredients - Hob, oven, and microwave for flexible meal prep - Dishwasher to take care of the cleanup - Toaster and kettle for quick breakfasts Outdoor Space: - Private patio with garden furniture for morning coffee or evening drinks - Balcony offering additional outdoor seating - Access to the resort swimming pool Parking: Free parking is available on the premises.
Practical Details: Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Children and infants are welcome.
The apartment includes Wi-Fi, linen, towels, and a washing machine for longer stays.
Smoke detector is fitted for your safety. A 100€ deposit is payable on arrival to our key holders in cash.
This will be returned at the end of the rental subject to the 4 swimming pool wristbands being returned and no damage to the property or its contents. Nearby: Having a car is recommended for exploring the wider Alhama de Murcia area and the nearby towns.
