The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka, electric oven, and kitchenware), sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, and access to the BALCONY; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV; - BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, and desk; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the living room and both bedrooms), washing machine (in the laundry room), iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.
