This detached summer house, originally built as a coach house in 1929, offers a unique combination of historical charm and modern comfort. The cottage, which was converted in the 1970s and recently renovated, features an atmospheric living room and a functional kitchen. The interior is finished with wood, creating a cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: one room with a double bed and a single bed on the landing, perfect for families or friends.
Outside, you can enjoy both sun and shade on the two terraces, while a lawn next to the cottage invites you to various outdoor activities. For your convenience, there are private parking spaces and a charging point for electric bicycles. The location in Ouddorp, a lively seaside resort with beautiful beaches and nature reserves, makes this holiday home the ideal base for long walks and bike rides. Visit local attractions such as the Delta Works and experience the versatility of this beautiful region.

Nach der Renovierung war ich der Erste, der in diesem ehemaligen Kutschenhäuschen seinen Urlaub verbringen durfte. Es war wunderbar ruhig und ich konnte bestens entspannen. Der Vermieter war supernett. Einkaufen per E-Bike ist bestens möglich und die Umgebung in Seenähe wunderschön. Gerne wieder!
