The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en- suite.
On the upper floor, there is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area integrated with the living room, from which you can access a large terrace furnished for enjoying outdoor dining.
The property is characterized by its various living spaces arranged on different levels, all interconnected, giving it a unique charm.
Outside, there is a private saltwater swimming pool, a garden with trees, a fitness room, and a barbecue area.
Inside the house, there is a utility/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as another outdoor patio for drying clothes.
The house also offers:
Wi-Fi, TV, and a sound system.
Heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Outdoor chill-out area.
Washing machine, dryer, and clothesline (we recommend drying clothes on the outdoor terrace, as they dry quickly in the sun and this helps save energy).
