We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Getting around is a breeze with multiple bus stops just steps from the apartment, including the Cheltenham Promenade stop.
Cheltenham Spa Railway Station is a short bus ride away, providing convenient links to London and other major cities. Please note, for any bookings over 10 nights, a mandatory in-stay clean (not including linen) will be conducted every 7 days. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Welcome to your home away from home in Cheltenham! This 59 sqm ground-floor apartment comfortably accommodates 6 guests.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and very centrally located in Cheltenham. Despite being in the heart of the town, it is quiet and peaceful. All amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and banks, are within a 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend it.
