Beachstone consists of an open-plan living space with a double electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining area, sitting area, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, a further king-size, and a twin zip/link bedroom which can be arranged as a super-king-size on request. There is also a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, a cloakroom with basin and WC, and a first-floor utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there are two terraces with furniture, one enjoying creek views and the other featuring a gas barbecue.
