Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this lovingly furnished and well-equipped 3½-room vacation apartment in the Engadin style.
The comfortable apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful Engadin-style house and can accommodate up to four people in two bedrooms. Thanks to its central location, the village center of Scuol, the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain railways, and the train station are each just a five-minute walk away.
Two private outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the apartment’s separate entrance are also available for your use. Living with charm and a view. Two beautiful balconies invite you to enjoy the fresh Engadin mountain air and take in the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has been furnished and decorated by the owner with great attention to detail.
Contemporary art, an interesting book collection, and a piano lend it a personal and special atmosphere.
Whether you’d like to browse through a book, play the piano, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet, you’ll find plenty of space here to relax and feel at home. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The two renovated bathrooms feature high-quality fixtures and contemporary amenities. Additional amenities include: two bedrooms accommodating up to four people, a double bed with twin mattresses, a sleeper sofa in the second bedroom, two modern bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, a De’Longhi portafilter espresso machine for the perfect cup of coffee, two sunny balconies with stunning mountain views, two private outdoor parking spaces right in front of the house, and much more.
