Welcoming and bright 78 m2 apartment in Pamplona. It accommodates up to 6 people. Completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped. You will feel at home when you visit Pamplona.
Located near the hospital area, 750 m away from “Clinica Universitaria de Navarra” and next to “Universidad de Navarra”.
Free public parking.
Well connected, 10 min away from downtown. There is a bus stop right outside the building. 3 different bus lines run through it.
Registration number UAT01990. Regulated apartment and registered as "Tourist Apartment" (AT) by the Department of Tourism of the Government of Navarra.
ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is very comfortable. It has new equipment and furniture.
The apartment offers:
-1 bathroom with showers (towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, hairdryer…).
-Completely equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, juicer, pans and pots…). You will find oil, vinegar and salt at your disposal.
- 3 Bedrooms has a 150 cm bed.
- In the living room there is a chaise longue, TV and extensible work or dining table.
- You will find cleaning products and utensils at your disposal (iron, broom, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dishwasher soap...).
The apartment is located in a building built in 1970 but is kept in good condition. The neighbours are friendly and respectful.
The apartment will be ready upon arrival with bedsheets and towels per person awaiting you.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
It is a very pleasant area, where you can breathe tranquility, you can take walks in the gardens of the university area.
It is ten minutes walk from the University Clinic or 2 minutes by bus.
In the middle of the Camino de Santiago, passing through Pamplona and bound for Puente la Reina.
Basic shops (pharmacy, bakery, bar, restaurant). It communicates with the high zone through a free public elevator, you can walk to more shops: Carrefour, Telepizza, ...
Very well connected by bus (every 5 minutes) with the main areas of the city as the old part (10m min by car).
HOW TO MOVE
There is free public parking that will prevent you from paying for parking in the Blue Zone that has the rest of the city.
Quick / direct access to the city center and departures to the airport, Logroño, San Sebastián, Bilbao and Zaragoza.
Bus stop (villavesas) 2 meters from the portal with a frequency of buses every 5 minutes.
3 lines will connect you with the center and different points of the city:
- Line 2
- Line 15
- Line 18
- Night line N1 (center).
10 minutes by car and bus to the city center. You can walk to the center quietly, giving a pleasant walk of 35 minutes.
Pamplona is just an hour's drive from San Sebastian, beautiful villages, valleys and mountains of the Pyrenees, an hour and a half from Biarritz and two hours from Bilbao.
HOUSE RULES
We have put a lot of enthusiasm and effort so that you are comfortable during your stay and therefore we also hope that you take care of the house as if it were yours.
The apartment is in a neighbors building, so we ask you not to be noisy in the common areas or in the apartment.
All occupants over 14 years old must sign an entry part upon arrival at the establishment.
The occupants will be responsible during the stay of the apartment and its contents and are obliged to take care of it with respect, not to cause any material damage or to remove anything from it. At the time of your arrival it is advisable to check the house and communicate the deficiencies observed as soon as possible so that they can be remedied. In case of any damage, it must be communicated in advance of the departure of the house. The owners will check the condition of the apartment on the day of guests' departure.
Inside the house smoking is not allowed except on the terrace, zone enabled for it.
We do not charge cleaning services, please leave the house as it has been found, that is, as collected and clean as possible.

Hemos pasado una noche en el piso de Jon. El piso estaba muy limpio con todo lo necesario para poder pasar una excelente estancia. La comunicación con Jon ha sido perfecta. El piso está muy bien comunicado en bus para ir al casco antiguo y tomar unos pinchos. Jon nos dió muchos consejos sobre los restaurantes y cómo acudir a ellos. Volveremos!

Accommodations were very good, with fantastic access to the Old town via bus right outside the front door. Would highly recommend arriving in the daylight hours, as it can be confusing to find your way. Manager was excellent in helping us sort this out.

Mariana welcomed us at the apartment when we got to Pamplona. She was a wonderful host! The apartment had all of the amenities that we needed and was very comfortable. The bus stop makes the city easily accessible, and it's easy to access from the highway. When we return to Pamplona, we will book with Mariana again!
